Today is a special day at ATG Truckload, Inc. Ten years ago on April 16th, ATG Truckload, Inc. was founded and began transporting the nation’s refrigerated goods. We have reflected on our business past and our future business plan. All those years ago, in the basement of our family home, we began running under our own authority.
It was a two-person-one-truck show. We could not afford to outsource a marketer so we hand designed the logo and website. As a family, we put our entire savings into this dream and that was barely enough to cover fuel expenses at the time.
One by one, truck driving friends heard that we had opened our own doors and began to train with us. Thanks to their funding, our friends at Compass graciously trusted in our vision and supported us with the capital to begin rolling. Eventually, we outgrew the basement and moved our operation into a small office in Justice. Eventually, we outgrew that too and expanded further.
On the same prayer that opened the business, with God’s will, we will continue to serve the nation for decades to come. Thank you to all the drivers, brokers, office staff and all of the families at home supporting our workforce who helped our dream come true.
